In short, all heavy smokers who smoke 2 packets a day, have to pay the Government about S$16 daily.|||cigarettes in Singapore are very costly nowadays, so i guess its advisable not to smoke....or why not try smoke an electronic cigarette that i found at this site 88db, it is a kind of non-flammable electronic cigarette, and it also satisfy the smoking addiction, making them happy and relax, so as to relieve the suffering of quitting smoking|||I wish I had the luxury to care !!!
